Automated Gmail outreach
Your personalauto email sender
Connect your Gmail, paste your recipients and names, write the message once — AutoMail composes and sends each email individually, pausing between every send.
Bulk list, one-by-one sends
Paste unlimited emails and names — the bot pairs them line by line.
Personalized on autopilot
Use {Name} in your subject and body; every message is written for that person.
Adjustable pacing
Wait 30 seconds (or your own delay) between sends to stay inside Gmail limits.
Your Gmail, your control
Emails are sent from your own connected Gmail account and land in your Sent folder.
Add your Gmail account (setup guide)
- 1. Sign in — create your GT Bulk Email Sender account with Google or email on the right.
- 2. Add Gmail account — click “Add Gmail account”. A Google window opens; pick the Gmail address you want to send from.
- 3. Allow sending — on the consent screen, keep the “Send email on your behalf” permission checked. Without it the bot cannot send.
- 4. Confirm — the window closes and the card shows “Gmail connected”. You are ready to run the auto sender.
- Good to know — Gmail allows roughly 500 sends per day (2,000 on Workspace). Keep a delay of 30 seconds or more between emails so your account stays in good standing. Every message lands in your own Sent folder, and you can remove the account any time from the console.
