Add your mailbox (setup guide)
- 1. Sign in — use the email and password the administrator sent you.
- 2. Pick your mailbox — Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Apple Mail. Each one opens its own page with its own plan, sender name, list and tracking.
- 3. Link it — Gmail uses a Google sign-in window (keep the “Send email on your behalf” permission checked). Yahoo and Apple Mail use a mail app password you create inside that mail account; the page shows exactly where to get it.
- 4. Send — set your company name, paste your emails and names, write the message once and start the auto sender. It keeps running even if you close the browser.
- Good to know — keep a delay of 30 seconds or more between emails so your mailbox stays in good standing. Every message lands in your own Sent folder, and you can remove a mailbox any time.
